What We Do

 

The Wedding Crashers don't just watch the kids, they give them an event to remember.

 

Step One

If you're looking for the most cost-effective, worthwhile child care service out there, you can start by contacting us for a free estimate. Factors in cost incude duration, the number of kids, and the number of babies. 

 

Step Two

First we will talk about the venue and what accommodations we need to make. Some venues allow us to set up in a nearby area, some require another room to be reserved. We also need to know how much participation you want the kids to have in the wedding. Some weddings may like the kids to attend the ceremony, others need full-time child care. We will work to find the solution that is best for you. 

 

Step  Three

We will come up with a rough schedule of crafts and games we have planned and share it with you. This is also the time to give us more detailed information about the kids we'll be caring for (i.e. if a child has asthma and needs to bring an inhaler). If we will be caring for a baby or young toddler, we require that the parents provide a diaper bag. 

 

Step  Four

This is your big day. Sit back, enjoy the party, and let us watch the kids.
